Daily Radio Bible Podcast

How much more do I need to say? The writer of Hebrews asked that question. It's always been the same question. It's always been the same story from the beginning until now. So how much more do we need to say, from righteous Able to Zechariah, and all the names in between, it's been the same, from beginning to end, the righteous live by faith. It's always been that simple. There's no secret knowledge required. It's trusting that there is a God. And now we see in Christ that he has shown up in person, and that he is going to mend this broken world. This is THE something better that God had in mind. It's believing that God is here with us, and that he has actually done something about what we're going through, we can actually walk with Him through our difficult life, keeping our eyes focused on him. He's come to live in us, and empower us on this journey of faith. And that means that we can begin to hope and begin to have peace and actually experience, love, maybe even know some real change. And that is such good news. So what more needs to be said, living by faith doesn't mean that it's going to work out all the ways that we want it to work out. But it does mean that it is going to work out in the end. And it does mean that God is with us each step of the way. And it also means that he is going to cause everything to work out for the good for those who love God and are called according to His purposes. So what more needs to be said, the righteous live by faith. So today, we, the week, the battered, the shattered, the broken, and yet, the blessed. We are on a journey of faith in the God who has something better in mind. And that's something better is so good. In the Paramount heart today is that I will have my focus there. I'll be looking to that horizon. I'll set my course there and one step at a time. A walk with him. That's the pair that I have for my own soul. That's the pair that I have for my family for my wife, my daughters, my son and that's the pair that I have for you. Maybe so
