TODAY'S EPISODE: Our Help Comes from the Lord
In today's readings, we encounter the beautiful assurance of God's presence and the invitation to discover what it truly means to trust in Jesus.

Psalm 121 begins with a familiar question: Where does my help come from? The psalmist looks toward the mountains and declares that help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. This is the God who watches over our lives, who neither slumbers nor sleeps, and who remains faithful through every season.

In Mark 9–10, we encounter Jesus revealing the heart of God's kingdom. He welcomes children, restores the suffering, challenges our assumptions about greatness, and invites his disciples to discover a life rooted in humility, trust, and love.

We meet a father who cries out for help with his struggling faith, a wealthy man who finds it difficult to release his possessions, and a blind man named Bartimaeus who calls out to Jesus for mercy.

Throughout these encounters, we discover that faith is not about possessing perfect certainty or achieving religious success. It is about encountering the One who has come near, the One who sees us, knows us, and welcomes us into the life of God.

Today's invitation is to lift our eyes beyond our circumstances and discover that the help we long for is found in the faithful love of Jesus Christ.
