Love will turn your heart,  it did for Solomon. This passage says that Solomon loved many foreign women. And in verse 4 it says that this love for women turned his heart to worship other gods. So we might ask ourselves, what do we love? Because what you love will turn your heart in the end. Are we discovering the love with which we are loved in Christ? Are we being drawn into the beauty of God revealed in Christ? The self giving, radically forgiving, co suffering, love of God? are we allowing the reality of this love to turn our hearts to him to life, to freedom to joy? Today, let us look at the one who is love itself and have our hearts turned to him. Amen.
