Where the first Adam brought sorrow and death, this son will bring joy and life.

God the Father says, he's my boy, and he brings me great joy. Jesus is the Son that's going to end all that's wrong with this world. He's going to bring joy and redemption and life is going to make right all that is wrong, is going to bring about God's New Kingdom, with God's new people 77 times and Luke's genealogy we hear the phrase, the son of from Adam to Jesus, all the prophets, all of history. What do we do about all that is wrong in us? John's answer is, look, look to the Lamb of God. He takes away the sin of the world. The Son of God, the second Adam will take away the sin of the world, and give us a life. In fact, he has done it. He's done it for you. He has reconciled the world to Himself.

So look to the Son, the one with whom God is pleased, the one who has the answer to your cry. The one who has done what needs to be done. trust in Him, walk with him. He has been given to you, to us to meet you right where you are. To answer your hearts question. So let's look to him. Let's hear his voice and follow.
